How can I book an appointment online, and when do I need to pay?

Click the Book Now button to open the booking form where you can enter all required details. Payment is made once you’ve reviewed your information and selected your preferred payment method. If all form fields are completed correctly, clicking Pay Now will finalise both your payment and your booking.

What if I can’t be present at the appointment or need to change the date?

The landlord or agent does not need to be present during the service. When booking, you can specify how our staff can access the property. If you forget to provide this information, please contact us via info@agenttoolkit.co.uk. To reschedule, you can also email us, or—if you have a registered account—make the change directly in the Appointments section of your admin dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept, and are there any deposits or cancellation fees?

We accept card payments, PayPal, and Google Pay. There are no deposit options — the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of 50% applies only if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

What information do I need to provide when booking (e.g. property address, access, parking)?

You’ll need to provide your contact details, property address, number of rooms, furnishing status, and access instructions. You must select at least one service (up to three per transaction) and choose a preferred time slot.

What if I need a different or additional service after booking?

If you have a registered account, you can cancel your existing booking in the Appointments section of your dashboard and create a new one via the Make a Booking page. You’ll receive a refund for the cancelled slot. If you don’t have an account, please contact us at info@agenttoolkit.co.uk. To add extra services, simply make another booking for the same property with the additional service selected.

Who will attend the property, and are they licensed and insured?

Our staff are fully licensed, insured, and certified Property Agents. All team members have undergone background checks and comply with UK property safety and professional standards, ensuring that all work is carried out securely and responsibly.

When will I receive confirmation and reminders for my appointment?

You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with your payment receipt and invoice attached. If any changes or updates occur regarding your booking, you will also be notified via email.

What happens if there are access or property-related issues (e.g. limited access, utility problems)?

If the issue is temporary, you can reschedule your appointment for another day. If unforeseen or ongoing circumstances prevent the service from being carried out, please contact us via email. As a last resort, you may also choose to cancel the booking.

What information is required for payment, and is it secure?

For card payments, you’ll need to provide your card number, expiry date, and CVV code. For PayPal or Google Pay, payment details are handled directly through those platforms. We never store your payment information, and we will never request personal or payment details via SMS or email. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal Braintree.

Can I get an invoice or payment receipt, and how can I download it?

After a successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all booking and payment details, along with a PDF invoice attached. If you lose or delete the invoice, you can request a new copy by email or download it again from your account dashboard.
